Italian Ricotta Cheesecake

Here we gonna share the recipie for one of the most popular Italian desert i.e., Ricotta Cheesecake.

Crust

1 1/2 cups ground butter cookies
1/4 cup melted butter.

Press on bottom and sides of greased 11 X 7 pan.

Filling

3 yolks
1 lb. Ricotta cheese
2/3 cups evaporated milk
1/2-cup sugar
2 tbs. flour
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients together.
Beat 3 egg whites until foamy.
Add 1/4-cup sugar.
Beat stiff. Fold into Filling.
Pour over crust.
Bake at 300 for 45 minutes.
Cool.
Refrigerate
